National Baseline Assessment (NBA)

Serbia nba imageThe Belgrade Centre for Human Rights, a civil society organisation in Serbia, commenced the drafting of a national baseline assessment in January 2016. Following desk review of available sources and intensive multi-stakeholder consultations to supplement and verify collected data, the baseline assessment (in Serbian) was published in June 2016. It is intended to serve as basis for furthering national debate on developing a NAP and the uptake of the UN Guiding Principles in Serbia more generally.
