Promoting Human Rights in the ICT Sector [page 22]: The impact and importance of business conduct in the ICT sector has grown as social, commercial, educational, and recreational interactions increasingly take place online. State, working with other agencies and stakeholders, will develop a regular mechanism to identify, document, and publicise lessons learned and best practices related to corporate actions that promote and protect human rights online.
